All TSG Members must complete ONE Bell Center 5K shift.
Bell Center 5K Committee Members must complete TWO shifts
 

BellRunner Committee members MUST sign-up for one option DAY OF EVENT

  • Be a BellRunner REGISTER (choose the child you will run for, fundraise $310+, and run)
  • 6:30am – 8:30am Pre-Race Set-Up
  • 6:30am – 8am Check-In (BellRunner Bag Check, Packet Pickup)
  • 7am - 9am Photo Booth (Take photos upon request) 
  • 7am - 9am Coffee Bar (serve coffee in Multipurpose Room) 
  • 7:30am – 9am Water Stop (hand out water, cheer) (located near Otey’s) KIDS WELCOME
  • 7:45am – 9am Cheer Stations (1520 Rosalind Drive - Park on Linwood ) ~ KIDS WELCOME
  • 7:45am – 10am Cheer Station (Start/Finish Line + Children’s Run) ~ KIDS WELCOME
  • 9am-11am Photo Booth (Take photos upon request) 
  • 9am-11am Coffee Bar (serve coffee in Multipurpose Room
  • 10am-12pm Clean Up

Cheering Stations

 

The Start Line will be at the corner of 29th Ct. S. and Crescent Ave. at the top of the hill. We’ll have caution tape out to help keep spectators off the course but ask that Service Guild members also help us keep it clear for runners

  

 

 

The first Cheering Station will be at the corner of Manhattan St. and Parkridge Dr. on the back corner of Homewood Park.The Water Stop will be in the parking lot at Trinity United Methodist at the corner of Manhattan and Dale.

 

 

 

Just a heads up that Down Syndrome Alabama will be hosting a cheering station at the corner of Oxmoor and St. Charles St. in the parking lot across the street from O’Tey’s.

  

Hopefully, 3rd cheering station to be somewhere on Roseland. 

 

Lastly, the Finish Line will be in front of TBC’s Parking Lot. We will have some caution tape out to help keep spectators off the course but please help to make sure folks aren’t standing in the way of runners finishing the race.

  • PARKING at OUR LADY OF SORROWS black top - Covered parking is reserved for TBC Families.
  • Arrival Time – please arrive 15 min before your scheduled start time
  • We would love for you to stay for the entire event if you are available.  
  • The Children’s Run will be special and this year we will be able to see the kids.
  • ALL CHILDREN 5 and older (not in a stroller) MUST REGISTER to be allowed in the race!
  • Children age 5-11 may register with a Discount Code – YOUNGRUNNER2024
  • Strollers and Dogs are WELCOME
  • SignUpGenius will be sent to all non-BellRunner Committee members around February 12th
  • LET YOUR CHILD’s FAMILY know you are running for them!
