The Service Guild Executive Board 2023-2024

President: Courtney Moorhouse   

Serves as ex-officio on all TSG committees; works with the president to gain full understanding of all aspects of TSG and TBC; serves on TBC Board of Directors, TBC Executive Committee, TBC Management Team; oversees annual placement survey.

President Advisor: Ellie Jo Malki 

President Elect: Devon Davidson 

VP Fundraising: Maridi Huggins  

Works closely with VP Fundraising to solicit and collect corporate sponsor funds for Guild Gala; VP Fundraising is responsible for overseeing all TSG fundraising for Guild Gala, Sikes Socks Sale, Poinsettia Sale, etc.

VP Membership: Jenna Shugart  

Maintains relationships with current and former members; coordinates chairs and responsibilities for Meetings and Hospitality, special events and Past Active duties; maintains membership roll and status within Membership Toolkit

VP Recruitment: Stephanie Holley 

Oversees the recruitment process, collection and organization of new member applications; planning and execution of new members orientation and socials.

VP Classroom: Carla DuMontier 

Direct liaison between TBC and TSG; serves on TBC service committee, coordinates and maintains All About Me sessions; keeps records of volunteer attendance and participation.

VP Communications: Jenny Hester  

Ensures all TSG functions are publicized in a timely manner to appropriate publications, assumes responsibility for website management, serves on TBC Marketing and Development Committee, etc, develops and oversees slide presentations for general meetings

Secretary: Abigail Morrow  

Documents minutes at all TSG board and general meetings, reviews By-Laws on even years.

Treasurer: Heather Brewer  

Makes regular deposits and submits to book keeper; approves all TSG expenses and submits to book keeper; keeps records of all TSG expenses; reviews TSG budget and makes recommendations for changes; serves on TBC Finance Committee. Treasurer Elect: assists the treasurer upon request; assists Gala Chair as needed.

Gala Chair: Susan Gordon 

Establishes the theme and organizes/oversees all aspects of Guild Gala – decorator, band, visual productions, all arrangements with the event venue.

Bell Runner Chair: Flynt Connor 

Organizes and oversees all aspects of race weekend: pre-race needs, race day, mile marker, expos and subcommittees.

Member at Large: Jessica Sciacca  

Serves 2-year term as voting member on TSG and TBC Board of Directors; keeps minutes at TBC Board of Directors meetings; represents the general interest of membership; provides recognition of members at meetings.

Nominating Chair: Sheetal Cordry 

Chair and four members; each member serves two years; eligible to be elected as the Chair in their 2nd year; members are not able to serve as an officer during the first year of their term; Chair coordinates nomination and election of officers.
